Our collection

From the orchard to the cellar, we were keen to put all our know-how into developing our range of cider products.


At each stage of apple processing, we reflect and experiment, to put the best in our bottles.


Our goal is that our products sublimate your tables and thrill your taste buds.


A large part of our range is in conversion to organic farming.


The Timeless


From a blend of specific varieties of local cider apples such as Bedan, Fréquin Rouge, Damelot, Douce Coët… on plots being converted to organic farming, Maine cider is the great classic of our range.

Need rooting?

Between strength and lightness , the timeless crosses the generations. Floral notes, yellow-fleshed fruits and noble leather creating its aromatic complexity. A wave fresh awakens the taste buds before the cider rises amplitude and in structure .

Filet mignon of veal, pan-fried chanterelles, root vegetables.

Produced after mechanical harvesting depending on the maturity of the fruit, the apples are washed and pressed in a plate press. After one slow natural alcoholic fermentation in vats, an assembly and a filtration, the cider is bottled and performs its foaming.

The Nugget


This cider monovarietal from the apple Avrolles is the "nugget" of our range.

Produced after mechanical harvesting depending on the maturity of the fruit, the apples are washed and pressed in a plate press. After a slow natural alcoholic fermentation in vats and filtration, the cider is bottled and takes its foam.

This monovarietal is your travel designer . Real cocktail of red berries, passion fruit and fresh mint. Her liveliness makes your mouth water and reminds us of the harlequin candy. A pleasure that lasts.

Back of cod with cream, tomatoes/mozzarella, mango carpaccio.

The Heartbreaker


This cider 100% pears from our pear trees of the Belchard variety, Plant de Blanc.

Fancy a crémant?

Invigorating attack, creamy foam, slight bitterness and tannic hint outline its profile. The intensity of the white flowers, the delicacy of the just ripe pear and its mineral and undergrowth notes are seductive.


On the plate:


Aperitif, Oysters, Fourme d'Ambert, Chocolate heart.

The Rosé Aperitif


This Kir in the bottle obtained from the blend of our Avrolles cider and an organic Mayenne elderberry syrup.


The side fruity, aromatic , the peculiarity of elderberry and the sour note on the finish are found in this cider-based aperitif.

Mainly as an aperitif.

The tightrope walker The Raspo Juice


One orchard is dedicated in the production of our apple juice, with old varieties like the pippins, the locard, the grandmother, the madeleine….

A real liquid baked apple with a hint of smoke, notes of almonds and a touch of apricot.

An ultra digestible juice with a good length.


The impression of biting into a fresh raspberry. The apple gives it indulgence and roundness and the raspberry gives it its intoxicating fragrance and acidity.

At breakfast, as a snack, as an aperitif without alcohol or at any time of the day.

Sour Elix


You will be seduced by our cider vinegar and its many health benefits.

Obtained from cider that has completed its natural fermentation, it is then put into Oak barrel with a "mother" to turn into vinegar. Available in 75 cl and 50 cl.


The candy, the fruity and acidity characterize our Cider Vinegar.


On the plate:


For all your dressings or a teaspoon in the morning.

The character


Resulting from a beautiful blend between the apple must fresh at harvest and Fine from Maine.

Marks fruity , wooded and spicy burst in the mouth thanks to its aging in oak barrels. Available in 70 cl and 35 cl.


The quiet strength of this pommel enchants us with its aromatic score: plum, prunes, dates, nuts, liquorice. On the palate, it is long, powerful and coating. It plays on the black bitterness of coffee and bitter almond for the final balance.

Deer medallion, with foie-gras, Bleu d'Auvergne, melon.
